r/PrintedMinis also has a lot of good info and lots of people who can help tune settings to get good prints for minis. All three of those have big communities and a lot of people willing to help debug things.
r/3Dprinting has a stickied thread for the topic, but at that price range I'd probably look at the Creality Ender 3 (~$200), Monoprice Select Mini (~$200), or Monoprice Maker Select Plus (~$300, with SELPLUS code). For that price range, there are a number of usable printers, but it'll take some tuning/tweaking to get good prints.
